Here area the basics to our GLOW program that will help you understand how we operate. Being new is a scary feeling, so use this information to get more acquainted with us before you even walk in the door.
The Basic ScheduleNOTE: On Christmas and New Years Day, we will only have one service for the whole family at 10:30am. *The nursery will be available during those times. Usually, our schedule looks like this:
Sunday Mornings 9:00am Worship Jr. Church and "Big Church" take place during this time. If you have a 5th grader or younger, be sure to check them into Kid Central for a lesson geared towards their learning styles. Nursery available. 10:30am Sunday School All age groups have somewhere to be during this time. GLOW kids have assigned classes by age, while adults have choices on which class they would like to participate in. Nursery available. Sunday Nights 6pm Worship, then Small Groups Everyone starts together in the sanctuary for worship. When we are done, children are dismissed into their small groups. Wednesday Nights 6:30pm Bible Study This is the night that most parents participate in a small group. We take the kids for our own fun Bible Study and you can leave to attend an off-campus small group. If you prefer, there is also an on-campus adult small group that meets in Kid Central classroom #10. | FAQsWhat is GLOW?
GLOW is the name of our Children's Ministry at Morrison Hill Christian Church. It stands for Go Light Our World. What should I wear? Some families prefer to dress up in their Sunday finest, while others are more comfortable in whatever they would wear to work or school. We are more interested in meeting you and worshiping with you than what you are wearing, so dress in whatever way makes you and your family the most comfortable. I have questions. Who do I contact?
