Prizes will be given out for best decorated cars and costumes!
There will also be an area where you can donate new toys (plush animals, foam toys, balls, games, coloring books, school supplies, stickers, etc.), money, and more as we collect gifts for Samaritan's Purse: Operation Christmas Child!
